No fair! What parent hasn't heard that from a child who thinks another youngster got more of something. Well, it turns out dogs can react the same way. Ask them to do a trick and they'll give it a try. For a reward, sausage say, they'll happily keep at it. when doubt was shadowing so many thoughts
which pillaged through my heart and mind,
robbing me of love and true vision
a little child standing next to me
cleansed her hands slowly, looking up at me.
she reassured me with her kind words,
so sweetly
that she caused me to cry
tears of joy and triumph,
but mostly of hope.
